These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ilm Papers LTD website and any services or products provided, including digital downloads and in-person mock exams.

1. Digital Product Usage

All digital content is licensed to the purchaser for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing, distributing, or reproducing our materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.

2. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of ilm Papers LTD. This includes but is not limited to designs, text, graphics, and downloadable resources.

3. Booking and Cancellation (Mock Exams)

Mock exam bookings must be paid for in full to secure a place. Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled date incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made more than 3 days in advance are eligible for a full refund. No-shows are non-refundable.

4. Limitation of Liability

ilm Papers LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our materials or services.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in English courts.

Due to the nature of digital content, once a file has been accessed or downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

In-Person Mock Exams – Cancellation Policy

• – Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled mock exam date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
