All digital content is licensed to the purchaser for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing, distributing, or reproducing our materials without written permission is strictly prohibited.

3. Booking and Cancellation (Mock Exams)

Mock exam bookings must be paid for in full to secure a place. Cancellations made within 3 days of the scheduled date incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made more than 3 days in advance are eligible for a full refund. No-shows are non-refundable.

4. Limitation of Liability

ilm Papers LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our materials or services.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in English courts.

In-Person Mock Exams – Cancellation Policy
